Please read these terms of service (“Terms of Service” or “ToS”) carefully before accessing our website. By accessing and using SaveAnything you signify your acceptance of these terms.

1. General Information

We accept advertisements (“Ads”) on our website to maintain and support our own research and development. Ads appearing on our website may be delivered to Users by advertising partners who may set cookies — on SaveAnything this only happens after you give consent. You may dismiss the use of cookies or cease access to our website at any time, as you are not required to accept the Ads.

Our ToS may change from time to time in line with the development of our website, to give our valued users the highest satisfaction. Please regularly check the update date at the top of this page to ensure you have read the latest version.

Our ToS governs the relationship between the SaveAnything website and its companion tools, such as the browser extension and the iPhone Shortcut (collectively, “SaveAnything”), and the users who access SaveAnything and/or use the products and services provided through it (“User” or “Users”).

Our ToS is a mutual agreement between you, either an individual or an entity, and the developer of SaveAnything regarding the use of SaveAnything products and services.

By accessing or using SaveAnything, you confirm that you have carefully read, understood and accepted our ToS, and you agree to abide by it as a User.

4. Materials Related to Our Services

By accessing and using SaveAnything you agree to be bound by and accept our ToS and all terms and conditions contained and/or referenced herein.

5. Users’ Obligations

You agree to use SaveAnything only for purposes permitted by our ToS as well as any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

Our tools were designed to help you download videos and images uploaded by your own account. We reserve the right to refuse to provide our service if you use our tools to infringe upon other people’s privacy and material.

SAVEANYTHING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE LAWS, RULES, OR REGULATIONS COMMITTED BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY AT YOUR BEHEST.

6. Trademark Issue

SaveAnything respects trademark rights and complies with trademark laws and regulations. When using, mentioning or referring to our services, please note to follow our policy:

Use the exact format SaveAnything as a single word, without any space, division or separation among its constituent components, or in any other variants.

Never associate the SaveAnything name with, and never confuse it with, any other individual(s), entity(ies), application(s), website(s), goods or services that do not belong to SaveAnything.

We reserve our rights in and relating to our brand against any misuse, misrepresentation or infringement in any form. We encourage and thank you who inform us of any suspected misuse, misrepresentation, infringement or non-compliance for our proper handling.

7. Copyright Issue

SaveAnything respects copyrights and complies with copyright laws and regulations.

Users are responsible for the content they use with (the link you paste on) SaveAnything. SaveAnything provides support to Users to download information and content Users paste on the website for the legitimate interests of the Users.

We only display “as is” content that users have posted on websites, pages or networks of service or social network providers. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right in accordance with relevant laws, and for their own intellectual property rights, in relation to the content as posted.

Users may only use media downloaded through SaveAnything for personal, non-commercial, free purposes.

SaveAnything cannot and has no obligation to check whether each piece of content or information is legal or not, but if it detects any violation, it will ban Users from accessing and using SaveAnything.

SaveAnything does not back up or archive Users’ content for any reason.

8. Use License

We grant our Users permission to temporarily download one copy of the Content and Materials (as defined above) on SaveAnything for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Alter, modify, distribute or duplicate the Materials; use the Content and Materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Content and Materials; or transfer the Content and Materials to another person or “mirror” the Content and Materials on any other server.

9. Privacy

We run SaveAnything in compliance with our set principles to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information, including information of our Users, is protected and maintained without disclosure to any third parties for any reason. For full details on what we collect and why, please read our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer

The Content and Materials on SaveAnything are provided “as is”. SaveAnything makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, SaveAnything does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Content and Materials on its website or otherwise relating to such Content and Materials or on any sites linked to this site.

11. Accuracy of Content and Materials

The Content and Materials appearing on SaveAnything could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SaveAnything does not warrant that any of the Content and Materials are accurate, complete, or current. SaveAnything may make changes to the Content and Materials contained on its website at any time without notice.

12. Links

SaveAnything has no responsibility for any of the sites linked to its website, together with the contents thereof. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by SaveAnything of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the Users’ own risk.

13. Site Terms of Use Modifications

These Terms of Service may be amended by SaveAnything at any time upon notice provided through a posting on the main page of the website. We always add the updated date at the top of these terms. Therefore, you are responsible for reading the updated terms every time you access or use our website and for ensuring you are fully aware of the terms and updates before using our service.

14. Personal Identification Information

Users may visit SaveAnything anonymously. We never record identification information of our Users and will only collect personal identification information from Users if they voluntarily submit such information to us (for example, by contacting support). Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information. However, if they agree to supply it, they are responsible for providing exact and correct identification information about themselves. SaveAnything is not responsible for any fake or incorrect information provided by Users.

15. Advertising

We accept advertisements (“Ads”) on SaveAnything to maintain and support our own research and development. Ads appearing on the website may be delivered to Users by advertising partners who may set cookies — on SaveAnything, this only happens after you give consent via the consent banner. Ad partners only compile non-personal identification information and do not receive personal information about you from us, such as your name, email address or physical address. You may dismiss the use of cookies or cease access to our website at any time, as Users are not required to accept the Ads.

16. Changes to These Terms of Service

SaveAnything has the discretion to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically and become aware of modifications.

By accessing and using SaveAnything, you express your voluntary acceptance of these terms. If not, please do not use our services. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
